The developing relationship between artificial intelligence and intellectual property continues to be at the forefront of discussions in the intersection between AI and copyright. Czech Republic Rejoices as VAT on Books is Abolished

Spanish Publishers Share Data on the Spanish Book Market of 2023

IPA's announcement of Melissa Fleming as a keynote speaker at the 34th International Publishers Congress was covered by Publishing Perspectives and Publishers Weekly.

IPA's programming at the London Book Fair was covered by Publishing Perspectives. IPA's call for nominations for the Prix Voltaire was covered by Freedom Square TV.

This month, IPA President Pansa spoke with Publishing Perspectives and Velocity of Content on the responsibility of publishers.

President Pansa's attendance at the New Delhi World Book Fair and her words on AI and Copyright were covered by Economic Times' BrandEquity, Deccan Herald, and Free Press Journal. Her appointment as Global Ambassador of Publishing and Education by the Federation of Indian Publishers was covered by bnn, News Heads, and The WFY.

Former IPA President Richard Charkin published a blog post, titled "Unintended Consequences in Publishing," with Publishing Perspectives.

Charkin's predecessor as IPA President, YS Chi, was announced as the winner of the London Book Fair Lifetime Achievement Award.
